Who is Profile Production?

Profile Production is part of Sibon Production AB, a Swedish company established in 2011. We are a supplier within the promotional products and product media industry, focusing on customized and private‑label solutions for professional customers.

Who can order from Profile Production?
We work primarily with resellers over all EU. To place orders, you must be registered as a customer with us.

How can I become a reseller?
You can apply to become a reseller by contacting us via our website or by email. Once approved, you will receive access to pricing and product information.


What types of products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of promotional and consumable products, including hygiene solutions, wipes, paper products, and packaging solutions. Our portfolio features items such as promotional wet wipes, AlcoGel (50 ml and 3 ml sachets), alcohol sprays, alcohol wipes, screen wipes, and large “Big Pack” hygiene formats. All products can be fully customized for branding, campaigns, and promotional use.

Can products be customized with our logo or design?
Yes. Most of our products can be customized with your logo, design, colors, and packaging according to your specifications.

Do you offer samples before production?
Yes, production samples can be ordered for approval before full production. Samples are subject to additional cost and standard delivery times unless express delivery is requested.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and production method. Please contact us with your requirements for a specific quotation.

Are the hygien products compliant with EU regulations?
Yes. The product is manufactured in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, the EU Cosmetics Regulation, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, quality, and documentation requirements within the European Union.

Can I cancel or change an order?
Cancellations or changes require approval and may result in costs. Orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled without full charge. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale for details.

How do I report damaged or defective goods?
Any defects or transport damage must be reported within the specified time after receipt of the goods. The damage must be documented with clear photos of both the outer and inner packaging.
Please note that transport damage is beyond our responsibility and must be reported to the carrier in accordance with their procedures.
